Marking its 20th anniversary, this year’s edition is set to be truly special celebration filled with surprises. All stages have been set up at JIExpo Kemayoran, and the festival grounds are nearly ready to welcome thousands of music lovers from across Indonesia and around the globe. World-Class Artists and Special Anniversary Projects. This milestone edition features a spectacular lineup of worldwide musician including RAYE, Tunde The Voice of Lighthouse Family, Jacob Collier. And hundred of musicans as well as exclusive collaborative performances created especially for this 20-year celebration. These musicians will take over eleven stages across JIExpo-Kemayoran.
The Outdoor Stage will host this year’s festival’s most exclusive endeavor on Sunday, June 1, 2025. Providing audiences with an unforgettable experience with one of the highlights is the “20 Years of Java Jazz Festival” project a heartfelt tribute that reunites artists. Who were part of the festival’s early years and those whose careers were nurtured on its stages, including: Andien, Barry Likumahuwa, Dira Sugandi, Elfa Zulham, Endah ‘n Rhesa, Humania, Indra Aziz. Maliq & D’Essentials, Nikita Dompas, Rafi M, Teddy Adhitya, Tompi, and Voxaccord.
The initiative will illustrate the history of the Java Jazz Festival and its influence on the talents who began their musical careers at the festival over 15 years ago. This is intended to demonstrate how the festival has provided opportunities for talent to showcase themselves.
