Highlighted by the lighting of the Christmas tree in the Main Lobby. As part of The Ascott Limited, Harris Puri Mansion also contributed to the creation of a Sustainable Christmas Tree as part of the Ascott Cares program. The Sustainable Christmas Tree, located at Harris Café, is made from repurposed paint buckets and was specially designed by the Harris Puri Mansion Engineering Team, resembling a unique Christmas tree.
The holiday season was officially ushered in with warmth and joy during the annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, held on December 11, 2024, at Harris Puri Mansion. This year’s celebration featured a Christmas tree lighting in the main lobby. A captivating performance by a children’s choir from SOS Children’s Village. A meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and followed by a delightful Christmas di nner.
The evening began with an inspiring opening speech by Eva Rosdiana, General Manager of Harris Puri Mansion. In her address, she emphasized that the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony is not just a tradition. But a moment that reminds us of the importance of togetherness, sharing joy, and holding onto hope for better days ahead. “As we gather here tonight, let us celebrate the true meaning of Christmas unity, kindness. And the promise of brighter days for all,” she said, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening.
Eva Rosdiana was invited to press the button to light the Christmas tree. This symbolic gesture marked the beginning of a season filled with warmth, togetherness, and joy. The event culminated in a delightful dinner at Harris Café. Where guests enjoyed a special Christmas menu filled with festive dishes. Highlights of the evening’s meal included, Roast Turkey, Roast Lamb with Honey & Thyme Ju. Chicken Mushroom Rolls, Prawn Butter Garlic and French Yule Log Cake.
