Yunindra Hardino brings almost two decades of experience in the hospitality industry. He brings a strong operational background from various international hotel networks in Indonesia.
He starts his career in 2007 as Guest Service Agent. Then, he develops his career in Front Office and Rooms Division. After that, he holds various senior management positions.
His professional journey includes Novotel & Ibis Balikpapan, Novotel Banjarmasin Airport, Grand Mercure Bandung Setiabudi, Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort Spa & Convention, Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto, Mercure Pangkalan Bun, and Herloom Hotel & Residence BSD as Residence Manager.
This journey from frontline to senior management shapes his leadership style. Therefore, his leadership focuses on people development, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.
Leadership Focus at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage
In his new role, Yunindra will continue the strengths of the resort. In addition, he will bring continuous improvement to guest experience.
