The evening opened with a warm welcome as guests enjoyed curated canapés and live DJ ambience during registration. One of the night’s most anticipated moments was the unveiling of the Cocktail Tower. An elegant centerpiece built especially for the anniversary celebration. It served as the highlight of the evening, where General Manager Sylvain Laroche led a grand toast alongside all attendees. Guests were the first to experience three unique concepts that emerged with unexpected pairing. Flavors and ingredients combined in surprising yet harmonious ways.
Saturday Night, bold, smooth, and stylish, capturing the essence of Pullman’s nightlife spirit. Made from Gin infused peppermint, elderflower, raspberry, sparkling wine and gold dust.
Treasure Hunt, adventurous layers of flavor designed to surprise the palate. Made from Whiskey fatwashed sesame oil, banana vermouth, italian bitter, banana dipped choco.
Some Like It Hot, a playful balance of spice and zest, crafted for the modern trend-seeker. Made with Tequila tomato-pepper, osmanthus, miso, flower-blossom air foam.
Each creation showcased artisanal techniques and unexpected flavor synergy, offering insight into the stories behind each drink and reflecting Pullman’s modern mixology craftsmanship.
Guests were then invited to participate in a lively quiz session, designed to spark engagement while spotlighting the hotel’s journey of excellence and creativity. The quiz featured 14 exclusive prizes, specially curated to honor the hotel’s 14th anniversary. This special prize collection symbolized the hotel’s 14-year milestone and its appreciation for valued partners and supporters.
