Among the extensive menu options, three culinary creations take center stage:
- Menchi Chicken Katsu: Features a chicken katsu that is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, served with a signature sauce inspired by modern Japanese cooking techniques—bold in character yet universally appealing.
- Sakura Sunset: Complements the meal as a refreshing, floral-infused beverage, offering a visually stunning presentation paired with a delightful taste.
